Trinity Lutheran Church and School has been on the north side of Racine since 1905. Established as the first English speaking congregation in the South Wisconsin District we have been happy to share the Gospel with many in our surrounding community. Dedicated to Christian Education we operate a school from three year old preschool through eighth grade and support Racine Lutheran High School. Trinity Church and School is part of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.
Please Pardon Our Dust During Construction
Construction crews will be here on Monday, October 21st to put up fencing and bring in materials. On Tuesday, October 22nd, they will begin to dig the hole for the elevator shaft. On Thursday and Friday, Oct. 25-26th, the parking lot will be closed as they work on sewer drainage for the new construction (school is out those two days, thank you Jesus!). The two northern entrances will always be open (except Oct. 25, 26). The most southern entrance will be closed for construction traffic (and the Gehne's vehicles). Temporary handicapped parking will be set up on Geneva Street during worship times. Members can enter church from the Geneva Street West entrance to the Connecting Link as well the the church doors on Geneva Street. People parking in the parking lot off Marquette, will have to use the South sidewalk to gain access to the church. Weather permitting, the new entrance will be complete before Christmas so it will be usable for our various Christmas worship services. Please keep this entire project in your prayers and have patience with us as we work through the details.
